Altitude Logistics, Inc. is a Michigan-based logistics provider founded in 2012. We help businesses move freight by selecting and coordinating the transportation service that fits each shipment’s deadline, handling requirements, and budget.
The right transportation for every shipment
Our transportation options include ground expedite, air freight, less-than-truckload (LTL), and full truckload (FTL). We assess each shipment’s characteristics, delivery deadline, and handling requirements to identify the most economical service that meets its needs.
We quickly evaluate delivery deadlines, handling requirements, destination, and budget to identify the right transportation option for each move. Whether that means dedicated ground service, air freight, or a combination of services, our team coordinates the details from pickup through delivery.
We serve businesses of all sizes, including manufacturers, smaller shippers, freight brokers, and carriers that use our air freight and expedite capabilities to extend their own services. As a TSA-regulated Indirect Air Carrier (IAC), we arrange domestic air shipments using commercial airline cargo services.
Experienced people, directly involved
Our core team has worked together for approximately 25 years. When you contact Altitude, you work directly with logistics professionals who can quote, route, book, and track your freight. That continuity and hands-on expertise have helped us build lasting customer relationships.
Technology built into the service
We develop custom interfaces, connect systems through APIs, and automate manual processes as part of managing our customers’ logistics. AI helps us interpret shipment documents and emails, organize requests, and capture carrier updates for our operating systems.
We can also connect document and email workflows when a conventional integration is unavailable. Custom shipment intake, tracking, and document management tools help customers work with us through the formats and processes they already use. Our unified tracking combines carrier connections and emailed updates, with visibility through email and web tracking.
